In West Virginia there are no laws in place to protect the LBGTQ populations.
People in West Virginia can be denied housing and jobs and services just because of how they look or who they love.
Crimes against people of the LBGTQ community in West Virginia are not considered hate crimes.
As the proud mother of a lesbian I am a supporter of LBGTQ rights and passing laws to keep our citizens safe.
